First and foremost, we do not provide records of specific jobs or requests to outside parties. In short, we're not going to show others your photo or tell anyone who you are or what you specifically asked us to do. We will not knowingly provide your photo to anyone but you.

We use the information you provide us to provide the services you request as well as to contact you with questions regarding your requests and to follow up after work completion for purposes of quality control. We do not sell, rent, lease, or give away our customer lists or information to third parties.

Your photos are transmitted to and from us via email, the security of which is dependent largely on the security implemented on your end and on each piece of software and equipment between you and us. Therefore, we cannot guarantee privacy perfection. No one can. We will, however, address any issue to the best of our abilities as soon as possible. We intend to take all reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the photos and information that your share with us from unauthorized access or disclosure.
